Our warranty covers free replacement or repair of the product or item recognised as being defective by our services, following inspection and to the exclusion of all other damages.
The certificate of warranty must be produced as proof of purchase.
In order to be covered by the warranty, the product must first be submitted to our after-sales department for the authorisation required for all replacements.
The warranty does not apply to products where defects and deterioration have been caused by natural wear and tear, infliction of external damage or intentional or gross negligence (incorrect assembly, non-compliant installation, poor maintenance, abnormal or inappropriate use, theft, knocks or impacts by another object, poor storage, fire, discoloration through exposure to light, damp or excessive dry heat, incisions, scratches, etc..), or products that have undergone alterations that are neither planned nor specified by Cindarella.
Likewise, the warranty does not apply to patent defects.
Repairs made under warranty will not extend the term of warranty.
